Making it up as they go along

The Beagle Editor

The controversial council purchase of the B/Bay Bowling Club Site and what will eventually become of it is something to keep and eye on. Part of the area could finish up sold to accommodate an aged living development as some senior council staff seem to think would be appropriate in that area even though development could be very costly.

The area is likely to be conditioned to comply with expected sea level rises and flooding.

Likely developers would by now be aware of “Climate Change” related matters in that area and would need to purchase land there at the right price if at all. ?
