BATEMANS BAY
About 12:50am on the 25 January 2017, a 39 year old male was assaulted and robbed in Orient Street, Batemans Bay.
The male received injuries including bruises, minor lacerations and losing four teeth.
About 7.50pm 30 January 2017 a 39 year old male was arrested in Moruya by police and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station.
He was charged with Aggravated Robbery and Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.
He was conditionally bailed to appear at court on the 10 February 2017 Source
