This qualification reflects the role of workers who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing in a range of community settings including clients’ homes.
Workers actively promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.
The College understands that everyone learns differently. Our Cert IV in Disability Course has been designed so that it provides a variety of learning methods, so that you have the best opportunity to learn.
