The Beagle was a nominee in this year's Awards Australia Connecting Communities Award
The nomination was in the category of the NSW/ACT Regional Achievement & Community Awards that recognises grass-roots, ‘real life’ initiatives that demonstrate genuine involvement, long-term value and add to the life of their community fostering a sense of community spirit to play a vital role in enhancing the way people connect in their community.
Though the Beagle didn't win it was nice to be recognised and given mention at Awards night on November 8th in the Blue Mountains along with the finalists of the 2019 NSW/ACT Regional Achievement and Community Awards.
