Have you got your COVID-19 vaccination certificate?

NSW will start to reopen for the fully vaccinated (two doses) or those with a medical exception from Monday 11 October, and you’ll need to carry proof of vaccination with you.

There are many ways to access and share proof of COVID-19 vaccination

If you’re having problems accessing your certificate, call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809.
