Just after 4am crews were called to a car fire at the Steampacket Hotel Nelligan. On arrival crews were confronted with a car fully involved in fire, however the incident was made more dangerous as fire was impeding on multiple beer kegs some of which had exploded prior to our arrival.
An exclusion zone was set up as more kegs exploded. With the assistance of the Nelligan Rural Fire Service and Batemans Bay Rural Fire Service the incident was quickly brought under control.
