South Coast Regional Competition is being held at school on June 15 that will see Moruya High
challenging other schools in the district.
Bionic Bingo returns Tuross Head for Robotics Fundraising.
Three “Bionic Bingo” events are happening at Tuross Head Country Club. Moruya High Schoolstudents are continuing their fundraising to get to Melbourne in October, with 3 events happening between the long weekend and the July school holidays.
Each event is being held on a Saturday. Dates are 9 th June, 7 th July and 14th July.
From 2pm to 4pm. Games books are $20 which also includes raffle tickets.
Prizes are “ChocolatesLines” and “Vouchers from local businesses” and small gift packs.Robotics manager Cathie Webber said the teams needed to raise $6000 to send seven students to the three-day event.
“The students are currently preparing for the South Coast Regional Competition being held at school on the 15 th June versus other schools in the District. The students are finalising to compete and these events will hopefully generate some more funds for our trip to Melbourne,” Ms Webber said.
