Service - The Last Post.

Dear Editor,
 
 
 Recently I sent a parcel to Sutherland which cost $12.96.
 
 
 A week or so later I was told the parcel was back at the Post Office undeliverable. I'd made a mistake with the street name. I went down to fix it and was told I'd have to pay $12.96 to get my parcel back.
 
 
 Then if I wished to resend it it would cost another $12.96. I was simply stunned....but was told "That's the way it is now."
 
 
 I left with my parcel feeling so sad about what we're doing to ourselves as a nation. I'm grateful our generous helpful spirit is still alive and being reclaimed in the wider community and some businesses.
 
 
 I'm trusting it will ultimately flourish totally again throughout this great land.
