Moruya coach Mick Cottington still upbeat about this season despite his charges losing 30-18
at home to Bombala.
Moruya, missing 8 injured players, lead till late in the game but were over run by an enthusiastic Blue Heelers.
The Sharks won the Reserve Grade 36-4 and Ladies League Tag 10-0 (the girls still undefeated!)
The Bay Tigers reserves had a 48:22 victory against the Bermi-Cobargo Eels and the Bay Tigers 18's finish the game 54:14 winners with the Bay Tiger women's league tag team going down to a strong Eden side 42:0
In other first grade games, Narooma sprung the major upset beating Bega 20-18, Batemans
Bay lost to a rampant Eden 34-14 and Cooma continued their strong early season form
thrashing Merimbula 46-22
