Rally for Recovery Tomakin donate $60000 to Sydney Childrens Hospital

Last Saturday saw the handing over of a $60,000 from the team at Rally for Recovery, Tomakin to the CEO of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Nicola Stokes

Rally for Recovery has raised more than $1.4 million dollars since its establishment in 2001.

The Charity has over thirty volunteers that attend the Rally Shed in Tomakin every Wednesday and Saturday taking receipt of donations and on selling goods and furnishings to very appreciative families.

They accept all items of household goods that are in good saleable condition sometimes even the kitchen sink. If you have something to Donate give them a call and they will see if they can help you out and organise a pick up.
 

 

 
All proceeds go to Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation for Research into Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders. The team also picks up and delivers goods every Wednesday & Saturday between 9am and 11.30 am

If you have an hour or two to spare and would consider giving the Rally team a hand give them a call as they can always do with more help whether it is selling goods, pick-ups/deliveries or just for an hour setting up or help finish up at the end of the day.
