We are thrilled to be collaborating and co-creating with with our local Walbunja People – the first farmers in this region – for our upcoming festival.
 

 

 
Join us on Saturday 1st April to learn from a diverse collection of speakers, including Bruce Pascoe, on our theme: “First Farmers to Future Harvests".
 

 

 
Our theme is all about bringing together local knowledge holders in aboriginal and contemporary food production and harvest.

10.30 - 11.15 TEA break Move outside with Bindarray jiibiny for Nerringundah Storytelling & Dance 11.30 Bruce Pascoe - 'In Conversation'. Sharing of knowledge with Senior Bunurong/Yuin man, award winning author of "Dark Emu, Black Seeds: agriculture or accident'.
 

 
12.15 - Colouring competition presentation. - Pavilion Verandah.

1.00 John Newton Presentation and discussion - Incorporating Traditional food knowledge and use into contemporary cuisine.
