Police are appealing for public assistance after a pursuit on Monday afternoon.
About 1.50pm on the 16 January 2017 a white coloured Subaru sedan was observed driving dangerously and at excessive speed south upon the Princes Highway between Batemans Bay and Mogo.
A short time later Traffic and Highway Patrol Police have detected the vehicle still travelling south at Bimbimbie exceeding the speed limit. Police have attempted to stop the vehicle however it failed to stop and a pursuit was commenced.
The Subaru sedan travelled at speeds in excess of 200km/h with Police terminating the pursuit due to the dangerous conditions.
The vehicle was last seen turning left from the Princes Highway into Shore Street at Moruya.
The vehicle is possibly a Impreza with alloy rims and a rear wing spoiler.
Police are appealing for any person that has information regarding this vehicle and/or its occupants or any person that may have dash cam footage of the vehicle to contact Batemans Bay Police on 02 447 20099 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
