The Beagle
Nov 25, 2016
The "It's in the Bag" Christmas campaign idea came to Share the Dignity organisation when they realised that we manage the needs of children at Christmas but the same overlook those women who put the needs of others before their own.
They wanted to make theses women feel special.
And so the campaign began - they asked Australians to donate a handbag they no longer used, fill it with items that would make a woman feel special and even pop a thoughtful note into the bag to show her that someone cares and that she matters.
Collection points for your bag in Eurobodalla are:
Batemans Bay Post Office
Banksia Village Broulle
Campbell Page Moruya
NRMA Narooma
(If you live outside the Eurobodalla shire here is a map of other drop off locations)
What you put in your gift will depend on your bag size, your budget and your imagination.
