An accident between a truck and a pedestrian has closed the Princes Highway at Turlinjah in both directions this morning.
Emergency service are in attendance and motorists are being asked to avoid the area and delay their travel. (Source: ABC South East Radio)
The accident was on SMARTS Bridge so traffic will be delayed for some time.
The well known local detour via Italian Mine Road has also been closed
